Do I need to register to use the site?

A user must be registered with Travel Club before they can access and redeem Travel Club offers or access member benefits.  A non-registered user can still view articles and access our video and podcast libraries.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

You can reset your password by selecting the ’forgot password’ option located on the Sign In page.

How can I change my password?

If you registered and logged on to the system using your Facebook or Twitter account then you will need to reset your password from with your selected Facebook or Twitter account.  If you registered with a Travel Club user account then you can change your password by selecting the change password option located on the Account menu option in the top navigation bar.

How can I tell if I have successfully logged into the system?

The Sign In menu option in the top navigation bar will change to Sign Out when you have successfully logged on to the system.  You will be unable to redeem an offer or access a member benefit unless you have registered and signed in to the site.

Who can I call if I have a question about a Travel Club offer or gold member benefit?

Questions relating to a specific travel club offer or gold member benefit should be directed to the supplier of the product or service.

How do I redeem a travel club offer or member benefit?

Redemption of offers and benefits will vary depending on the offer.  Some offers will take you through to a supplier’s web site for fulfilment while others will require you to print the offer for presentation in-store.

How can I upgrade to gold membership?

Registered users can click on the ‘Upgrade to Gold’ button located in the Travel Club menu bar section of the site to register for gold level membership.

How can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time by calling our customer support team on 1800 429 000 or by using our contact form.  Please note that our customer support team are available Monday to Friday between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm.

What forms of payment do you accept when I sign up for Gold membership?

Payment via our secure credit cad payment gateway is the only way to pay for your Travel Club Gold membership.  Cash and direct bank deposit payment methods are not currently available.
